 My deepest fundamental convictions

I am convinced that we are born for such a time as this - to reflect HIS light.

I am convinced that every man is loaded with powerful potential that can only be set free once a person comes into a vital relationship with GOD.

I am convinced that Jesus Christ (in Hebrew: Yeshua Ha'Mashiach) is the only way, truth and life and that no one can come to the Father except through HIM.

I am convinced that the Bible is the inspired Word of GOD (Old and New Testament in its original languages) and that all which is written in it is true, really happened, is happening and still will happen (prophecies).

I am convinced that GOD is working in a special way through families and has a special interest in intact families, which HE can use as living testimonies.
 
I am convinced that the return of the Jewish people from all over the world to Israel (state) is a fulfillment of the prophecies given in the Bible and a sign that Jesus Christ is returning soon as is prophesied.

I am convinced that those who bless Israel will be blessed and those who curse Israel will be cursed, as the Scripture says. Those who love Israel love themselves.

I am convinced that GOD is interested in the life of each individual believer and in the unity of all true believers in Jesus Christ world wide who worship GOD in spirit and in truth. GOD is not at all impressed by or the slightest interested in denominations or movements.

 My background

Well, I am German, was born on 09.02.1979 in a city called Merseburg. I grew up most of my time in Halle Saale about 1 hour drive south of Berlin. At the time when I was born Germany was still divided into two countries: East Germany (Democratic Republic of Germany - DDR) and West Germany. The division came after the Second World War. Our part of Germany was under the Russian occupation. I grew up as an Atheist. The first time I came in contact with the Gospel was through some neighbours and especially through an open air outreach group from Switzerland and Germany. In 1992 I gave my life to Jesus Christ. In 1995 I was an exchange student in Israel. From about 1994/1995 I travelled in Germany to minister in different churches. From 1999 to 2002 I did my formal Bible College Training in South Africa. I got to know Catherine. In 2005 we got married and decided to stay in South Africa. Catherine is Ugandan and I am German. We have 3 kids: our daugher Sanyu Lisa and our two sons Tendo Shalom and Daudi Shiloh.

 My interests

 First and foremost I like people and I enjoy making friends. And because I like people I like languages. My interest is on Israel, Middle East, India, Sri Lanka, the Jewish and the Tamil community world wide. I enjoy listening to christian and messianic music in different languages and styles. I like travelling. I enjoy food of various cultures, especially spicy ones. I enjoy time to think, swimming, photography, nature, airports. I am more of an introvert, but really enjoy to spend time with people as long as I don't have to be an entertainer.
